Never thought I'd say this but...

I kind of enjoy my runs. Don't get me wrong. I'm not full fledge cardio junkie. I only do it once a week. I started mainly because I wanted to understand the technique. At work, I meet a lot of people who run on a regular basis. And like anything else, using bad technique results in injuries. So to help our patients, I found this article on running technique.

And for me to better understand and be able to consult, I put it in practice. Soon ce a week, I run a
2.5 k loop. And my objective is to gradually finishit in a little less time. I started by walking as fast
as a could. Then I ran one part and gradually made it longer until I could run the whole thing. Like
any workouts, small, gradual and consistent increases yield big results.
