No equipment, non-cardio cardio

Here is an example of a series of exercises that will get your heart going. You don't need to repeat the same movement like you would do with traditional cardio.

This is one of my clients, Dr. Diego Delgado. He is getting ready to go ski with the penguins. Next January, he will be part of an expedition that will cross-country ski in Antarctica. This was part of his warm up. He did 3 rounds of Jumping Jacks for 12, High Knees for 20, Butt Kicks for 20 and 180s for 12. You can adjust the sets and reps as you wish to match your goal and fitness level.
