Wow, I haven't posted for a long time. Sorry to have deserted you. But on the positive side, I just started a new job as an exercise physiologist. For the past month, I've been working for the Cleveland Clinic in Toronto. It is a great place to work. And we are doing some of our own experiments with bodyweight circuits. We want to see the real effect of circuit training on endurance.
So our first step was to measure my VO2max during a full body circuit. Now I'll use the circuit as my workout and we'll see what comes out of it in a few weeks. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
