Here is the answer to our little trivia.
It is the same. The laws of physics state that it takes a fix amount of work and energy to move a given mass over a certain distance. The time it takes is not a factor.
Now, you would be better served by covering the distance as fast as possible. By burning more calories per minute, you increase the intensity of your activity. And if you are reading this blog regularly, you know how important intensity is to the success of your exercise program.
