She can now lift parts of her car.

Most of the training programs for women are wimpy. They suggest very light weights and stuff like leg lifts. Women need to understand that building strength is important. Especially if you want to keep strong bones. And no need to worry, you will not turn into Arnold in a day.
I like my female clients to be strong and ready to kick ass. A present client told me she was able to carry her snow tires, rim included, by herself. (In Canada you need better tires in the winter.) This means she’s functionally strong and is ready to face physical tasks. How strong are you?
