I'm sick and tired of whiners and complainers. Especially the ones that don't intend to do anything to change the situation. Boo-hoo, poor me. I'm out of shape and need to lose weight. But they never make any move in the right direction.
When it is so simple to get going. Just go one step at a time. Gradually change your eating habits. Gradually find ways to be more active.
I heard a good one last week. This is coming from a man who lost 50 pounds in the past year. And he's in his 60s.
"If you are honest with yourself, you know that you have to do."
