May 2013 bring you all the health and happiness you want. Or maybe what you deserve. You see you may want a lot of things. But you get what you deserve from your commitment and work ethics.
And this is true in all aspects of your life. Be it work, family, or health and fitness. The start of a new year is always a good time to set priorities. So set your objectives and figure out what you need to do to get there. And make a commitment to it.
Make a commitment to stop doing the things that don't work for you. You know what I'm talking about. All the bad habits that are taking away from the life you want. This year commit to at least try a different way and give it time to give you different results. As Einstein said, "You can't expect different results from repeating the same actions."
