Try this home workout

You can easily have a great conditioning workout at home. And just with your body weight. Try this routine.

Squats                          20 reps
Push up                        12 reps
Alt back lunges             20 reps
Plank                            60 sec.

Do three rounds non-stop. It is a short and challenging workout. It can be done at home or when you are on the road. Let me know what you think.
